I was worried to purchase a couch online without seeing it. I am SO glad I ordered this couch. It is beautiful and so functional for a family. I waited 2 months for it to be delivered, but I’m so happy I waited because it is exactly as pictured, in fact, it’s better! The metals bars to help the head rests bend are now covered by material. Also, even if you order, they don’t charge you until it ships, so no need to worry about being charged if it hasn’t shipped. Customer service was great at trying to give estimated dates the best they could. Beautiful, comfortable, a very high quality couch. I saw a similar couch to this for double the cost. I am just thrilled and my husband and I keep saying how much we LOVE the couch.
